Entry Level Management Associate

Viper Marketing is a customer acquisition and brand management agency that specializes in developing innovative and customer-focused marketing strategies on behalf of Verizon. Our team is made up of driven and ambitious individuals dedicated to providing top-quality services to our clients. Due to the success of our partnership with Verizon, we are expanding and seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Management Associate. The primary responsibility of the Entry Level Management Associate is to implement sales initiatives and community-centered campaigns in an effort to drive market share for our clients. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Associate: • Develop and implement sales strategies through direct community outreach to exceed business objectives • Effectively build and maintain relationships with customers to qualify long-term customers, increase customer retention, and promote repeat business • Utilize generated leads to reach sales and customer satisfaction goals by qualifying customers and providing exceptional customer service • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective marketing strategies to meet their needs • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive innovative and competitive solutions • Actively lead training on product knowledge, consumer satisfaction, and compliance to sales teams on behalf of management Requirements of the Entry Level Management Associate: • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Client Relations, or Business Development preferred but not required • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to rapidly troubleshoot • Intrinsically motivated • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed Powered by JazzHR mwW0yu8Ezj Apply Job!
