It's the perfect role for someone who: Has a hospitality background and a knack for sales Can easily hone in on clients' needs and act and prioritize accordingly Is motivated by data and goals Is highly personable, enjoys collaboration, and may also work independently EHS sets its small but focused team of recruiters up for success, with training and support provided to ensure you get a strong start. As a recruiter, you are key to our team's success in a collaborative working environment, in which we regularly share tips, visit clients (i.e., try new restaurants!), brainstorm new marketing strategies, engage in training opportunities, and participate in industry-related volunteer events.
