I this role, you are resposible for operatioal excellece ad cleaig all areas of the store while followig Compay procedures, guidelies, ad methods while utilizig approved chemicals, supplies, ad equipmet. You will esure a safe ad clea eviromet for Customers ad Associates by performig daily store cleaig tasks. You will execute operatioal processes effectively ad efficietly to solve the customers’ shoppig eeds, makig everyoe feel respected, appreciated ad rewarded. Key Accoutabilities: • Drive sales by providig a ispirig eviromet that motivates customers to add to their basket. Trip assurace through a clea sales floor. • Support Sales, Hospitality, Operatios, People ad Coversio through our Shop C3 Program. • Esure a safe ad clea eviromet for customers ad associates. • Cleas all areas of the store (i.e., floors, widows, restrooms, trash receptacles) followig Compay procedures, guidelies, ad methods. • Maitais appropriate levels of Compay-approved chemicals ad supplies eeded to esure a safe ad clea eviromet. Esure that chemical supplies are rotated ad stored i proper cotaiers i preparatio for their use ad placig orders to repleish whe supplies are low. • Build trust to solve the customer shoppig eeds. • Leverage omi chael offerigs to deliver a frictioless customer experiece. Accurately deliver o our operatioal processes, icludig but ot limited to, BOPUS, BOSS, MLS, SFS. • Maitai required traiig for chemical, equipmet, ad maiteace. • Routiely complete basic maiteace o equipmet. • Egage ad coect with customers by providig excellet customer service. • Effectively use Kohl's tools ad techology to pla, commuicate ad share iformatio with the team. • Follows Kohl's best practices ad stadards.
