Business Development Representative Healthcare Staffing (Remote)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative to join our remote team and drive our growth by closing deals with new clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry. Close deals with clients to provide them with our staffing services, focusing on CNAs and Nurses. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the smooth onboarding and placement of staff. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative in a healthcare staffing agency. Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets in the healthcare staffing industry. Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing market and client needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
