Freelance Transcriber – German (Germany)

Work Location: remote in Germany/work from home Engagement Model: Freelance/Independent contractor Language Needed: German (Germany) Estimated Start Date: 6th of December 2024 Estimated Workload: approx. 25 hours per week Length of assignment: TBD DataForce by TransPerfect is currently looking for German (Germany) speakers for a remote transcription project. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative team! Role Summary As a Transcriber your task will be to listen to and transcribe audio files of doctor – patient conversations following provided guidelines. The ideal candidate should be a speaker of German (Germany) with excellent listening and writing skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in medical transcription is a plus.

Job requirements • Idiomatic fluency in German (Germany). • Advanced English. • Experience in medical transcription or any previous working experience in the medical field is preferred but not essential. • Previous experience in transcription or similar task is a plus. • Advanced typing proficiency. • Excellent listening and writing skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent time management. • Ability to work at least 25 hours/week.
