Bookkeeper - Remote - Memphis, TN We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to enhance our financial team. In this pivotal role, you will engage in a variety of finance and accounting tasks across multiple client accounts, while also contributing to internal projects. Your collaborative efforts will bridge communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, across diverse industries, as you manage a range of high-priority assignments. Key Responsibilities • Familiarize yourself with our team dynamics and operational workflows as you embark on your journey with us. • Assist with essential bookkeeping tasks, including reporting and payroll, while meeting weekly with your manager to ensure seamless operations. • Gradually take on additional responsibilities that include: • Supporting month-end closing procedures. • Overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Conducting reconciliations for bank accounts and credit card transactions. Required Skills • A strong work ethic and the ability to operate independently. • Practical experience in bookkeeping. • Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficient organizational and data analysis skills. • Competence in adhering to established processes and workflows. • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is essential. Qualifications • Proven bookkeeping experience. • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Compensation
