Click here to Apply Now Req ID: 209327 Job Location: Odessa, TX. Work days/Shift Hours: Thursday through Monday 11:00AM - until route is complete / 40 hr work week / Off days Tuesday and Wednesday. Route will call on HEB and small Stores. Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.50 to $23.25 per hour, based on experience. Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements ? Point of Sale advertising according to the company?s merchandising standards ? Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays ? Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage ? Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes ? Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers Qualifications ? Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record ? Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours ? Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50 pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height ? Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up. Preferred Experience ? High School Diploma or Equivalent ?
