Your ability to de-escalate situations calmly and escalate interactions when necessary will be key to your success. Additionally, you will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing valuable feedback on call issues to improve our service delivery. Comfort with desktop computer system , ? Proven oral & written communication skills , ? Logical problem-solving skills , ? Ability to navigate Windows operating systems , ?
