About the Position We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Employment Support Advisor. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers in their job search journey, while maintaining strong relationships with local human service agencies and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of job search strategies, resource planning, and community needs. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. About the Job: • Counsel and assist customers with job search strategies, career planning, and training issues. • Identify and connect customers with external resources and services. • Monitor and track customer participation to optimize program benefits. • Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns promptly with clear documentation. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various career paths to provide effective placement and services. • Offer motivational support and identify necessary training for job readiness. • Facilitate job readiness workshops and engage customers post-training. • Ensure compliance with case management standards and document success stories. • Critique resumes and required documentation for customer eligibility. • Assist in completing daily operations and special projects as needed.
