About The Job Work remotely from home, booking itineraries, destinations, and activities. This is an opportunity to work from home booking air, car, hotel, cruises, sporting events, and concerts for a company that has been in business for over 70 years, serving clients all over the world. No experience is necessary. We will train you. This is a commission-based role. Core Responsibilities: • Serve as primary customer contact, providing premium concierge-level service to travelers from start to finish • Respond to telephone, email inquiries, and online travel submissions in a timely fashion • Research and book Domestic and International travel packages including air, hotel, tours, and ground transportation • Work directly with top suppliers like Expedia, Universal Studios, Princess Cruises, Avis, Delta, etc.. • Become familiar with multiple web-based booking engines and travel resources • Pricing & and cost calculations for changes or added trip fees • Provide e-tickets and take credit card payments over the phone Travel Planning and Sales: • Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide advice on suitable destinations, transportation modes, travel dates, costs, and accommodations Qualifications: • No experience necessary; we will train • Exceptional customer service abilities • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization with the ability to prioritize and multi-ask • Job Type: Full-time or part-time Benefits: • Flexible Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely • Personal Website: Opportunity to have a personalized website for professional representation • Daily Training Available: Access ongoing training to stay informed about industry developments Customer Communication: • Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travelers • Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, offer assistance, and ensure a smooth travel experience Booking and Financial Transactions: • Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and handle payment/fees • Use promotional techniques and prepare materials to sell itinerary tour packages Issue Resolution: • Address and resolve problems, complaints, or refund requests promptly • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective conflict resolution Industry Knowledge and Networking: • Attend seminars to stay updated with tourism trends • Build and maintain a network with tour operators to enhance service offerings Skills: • Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus • Strong sales skills and commercial awareness • Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales, we invite you to join our team as a Remote Coordinator.
