Technical Customer Assistance Specialist – Level 1 (Chat, No Phone)

Are you ready to join a dynamic team as a Technical Customer Assistance Specialist? This role involves using chat software to interact with customers and assist them with their technical queries. You don’t need previous experience—just a friendly attitude and the ability to use chat platforms similar to WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Most queries can be resolved with canned responses, allowing you to focus on delivering a positive customer experience. What you will be doing: Live chat agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Contract length: No fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection. Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
