Lead Moderator - Discord Server (Remote Position)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our Rockstar Games Fan Network Discord server as a Lead Discord Moderator. In this role, you will oversee server moderation activites, ensure a positive community environment, and collaborate with other moderators to enhance user engagement and experience. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor all server channels to maintain a respectful and inclusive community environment Enforce server rules and guidelines while handling disputes or violations professionally Coordinate and lead the moderation team, providing guidance and support to other moderators Develop and implement strategies to improve community engagement and participation Host and moderate events, discussions, or Q&A sessions on the server Identify and address potential issues or concerns within the server proactively Communicate regularly with server administrators to provide updates and suggestions Stay informed about Discord updates, tools, and best practices for server management Important Warning: This is a volunteer role and does not offer financial compensation.
