Build Relationships: Foster meaningful connections with students to support their educational journey. Required Skills Valid New York State Professional Teaching License in any STEM field. Strong ability to develop engaging lesson plans and cultivate a positive educational environment. Effective communication skills to establish rapport with students. Experience in curriculum development and assessing student progress is advantageous. Qualifications A bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Authorization to work in the United States. Successful completion of a Virtual Skills Teaching Demonstration and background check as part of the application process. Prior experience in online teaching is preferred but not mandatory.
