With your strong communication skills and ability to think outside the box, you will promptly address customer queries and fulfill their requests with professionalism and efficiency. What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.
