The company's mission is to revolutionize the premium cataract surgery experience by allowing surgeons to partner with their patients to achieve optimized results for every unique eye. OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Senior Director Regional Sales, the Director of Sales, Pacific Northwest Region is responsible for all the sales within the specified region and will design strategic sales plans, assess costs and competition, identify key markets, stay on top of emerging trends, as well as collaborate with teams. In addition of being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with client • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives • Draft detailed and accurate sales report. • Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products • Establish a sales training program to train new employees.

Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field preferred • A minimum of 7 years' experience in sales management • 10+ years' experience in director or outside sales • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices • Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: • This position will not have immediate supervisory requirements but based on business needs candidate will lead a sales team. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field preferred • A minimum of 7 years' experience in sales management • 10+ years' experience in director or outside sales • Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control system • The training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 30 days from the hiring date and on an annual basis CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: • None required COMPUTER SKILLS: • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite • Word Processing • Spreadsheet Software • Design Software • Project Management System • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) Salary Description $140,000 to $150,000 per year Apply Job!
