## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a passion for education. ## Responsibilities - Create and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students - Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in the learning process - Monitor and assess student progress to adjust teaching strategies accordingly - Collaborate with parents and staff to support student development -Ability to create a Google Classroom class, or attend a free training session to learn how. -Ability to create a class with one video lesson a week, and 4-5 practice assignments. ## Requirements - Experience working with children in an educational setting online - Knowledge of educational best practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively - Bachelor's degree in Education or related... field preferred - Certification is a plus but not required -Clean background check needed -Zoom acct needed We are looking for self paced teachers looking for passive income. Teachers will create self paced classes in Google Classroom. Then the class will be available for enrollment for homeschoolers, private schools, and charter schools. Teachers will take 75% of the tuition, and the program takes 25%. The 25% includes advertising for the teacher on the website, and on social media. The program also offers free trainings on edtech tools.
