Financial Professional (Remote)
Job Summary We are looking for a Remote Financial Associate able to pass a state licensing test. Our company success is due to our simple, easy to follow, training program and A-rated partnerships. New associates help clients reach their financial needs and goals for savings, retirement, and more. We understand that every client is different and we design customized financial approaches to fit our clients needs. Financial Associates are trained to ensure compliance with finance regulations and company policies. As an Associate, you'll be an integral member of a team that helps clients reach their financial goals. You must to be professional and friendly when providing client services and working within the team. We will train you to build and maintain a book of business and help reach promotions while building a team.
This is not a salary based position
* Responsibilities Attend mandatory weekly trainings over Zoom Pass a state licensing test within 14-30 days Educate and consult clients with their financial situation, including following through on client requests and anticipating client needs Provide an individualized financial needs analysis Help clients identify risk and manage it appropriately with financial strategies and products Complies with all the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, insurance sales, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information. Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate terms with clients. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
