The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental field, with a strong understanding of dental insurance aging processes and claims follow-up. Proficiency in Dentrix, Open Dental and Eaglesoft is required. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Review and manage dental insurance aging reports. - Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and ensure timely payment. - Communicate with dental offices and insurance companies to resolve any claim issues. - Accurately document all follow-up activities and outcomes in Dentrix, Open Dental and Eaglesoft. - Identify trends and escalate issues that may require further attention. • *Qualifications:** -
