About the position The RN position at UnitedHealth Group focuses on providing personalized patient care and supporting the provider's practice through clinical duties and coordination of patient care. The RN will be integral in assessing patient needs, addressing complaints, and enhancing departmental productivity while fostering a supportive environment for patient education and care. Responsibilities Assesses and evaluates patient care needs. , Suggests solutions to patient care problems and complaints. , Identifies and recommends solutions to departmental problems. , Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity and recommends changes as necessary. , Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan. Requirements Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. , Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health. , Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross).
