A Regional Sales Director will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers and selling UVeye automated vehicle inspection technology to auto dealerships in their region. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the workflow of each department of a dealership, demonstrate success in selling complex solutions and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:Drive, manage and execute the business and revenue plan of a sales regionRecruit, hire and train Area Sales Managers membersPrepare forecasts, territory management, and growth plansIdentify and generate new leads through research, networking, and referralsTravel within the regional territory to work with your team to generate prospects, build trusted relationships with prospective customers, demonstrate our product and close business.Enforce the sales process, from initial contact through demo, contract negotiation and closingEffectively utilize Sales Technology (Salesforce, Hubspot, Highspot, etc.) including tracking all activity and leveraging reports and sales tools.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and proper hand-offs to the rest of the org.
