Job Functions: • Coding Education & Training- Hospital Inpatient • Staff Development • New Coder Orientation • Coding Inquiry Management • Subject Matter Expert • Issue Resolution • Coding Technologies • Documentation Standardization • Process Improvement • Reviews E&M levels selected by physicians on a monthly basis and provides feedback in order to increase awareness and accuracy.
