About the position The Regional Processing Manager at Pulte Mortgage is responsible for leading a team of Loan Processors to expedite loan approvals and ensure timely closings for customers moving into their new homes. This role emphasizes driving efficiency and effectiveness within operations while fostering a positive team culture and employee engagement. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify productivity opportunities and coach employees to develop their skills and knowledge in the mortgage industry. Responsibilities • Lead a team of Loan Processors to expedite loan approvals and ensure timely closings. , • Identify efficiency and productivity opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional managers. , • Drive results through effective leadership of the team's pipeline. , • Promote a positive and high-performing culture through teamwork. , • Communicate process enhancements and new initiatives effectively. , • Coach employees to develop their knowledge and skills. , • Ensure appropriate staffing through retention and hiring of top talent. , • Evaluate employee performance and implement performance plans as needed. , • Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and annual compensation planning. , • Address customer concerns using business acumen and interpersonal skills. , • Plan team and cross-functional events to promote engagement. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience in mortgage fulfillment or a similar financial field. , • Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, guidelines, and practices. , • Commitment to quality control and compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines. , • High level of curiosity and problem-solving ability. , • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. , • Ability to think big picture for departmental and company benefit. , • Ability to generate and execute ideas for efficiency and productivity. , • Positive energy that contributes to a healthy work environment. , • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
