About the position As a Part Time Associate IT Client Support Specialist with HCA Florida Capital Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to end users within a 24/7 contact center environment. This position involves handling basic incident resolution and requests reported to the IT Service Desk for all HCA organizations. Your responsibilities will include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests related to application software products and infrastructure components. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and customer service, and who are eager to contribute to a healthcare organization dedicated to community service and employee development. In this position, you will be expected to provide technical support to end users, which includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing end user systems. You will collect information through constructive customer conversations and utilize all available support tools and staff to resolve issues effectively. The role requires a commitment to high-quality service and the ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a dedicated team.
