Responsibilities • Provide quotes and sell policies across multiple insurance lines and carriers. , • Deliver outstanding client service and foster positive relationships with prospective clients. , • Utilize various systems to track and gather information on customer inquiries. , • Identify customer needs and meet them using sales tools and techniques. , • Collaborate with team members to support energy, morale, and production. , • Develop expertise in property and casualty insurance across all product lines. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required. , • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 3 testing attempts. , • Proven success in maintaining adequate typing speed while conversing with customers. , • Working knowledge of auto policies, underwriting, and billing guidelines. , • Strong professional phone etiquette and proficiency with sales systems. , • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and autonomy. Nice-to-haves • Property & Casualty License preferred but not required in certain states. , • Experience in sales or customer service roles. Benefits • $700 licensing bonus for candidates with Property & Casualty and/or general lines licensure. , • 1st year earning potential of $45k to $55k; 2nd year potential of $65k to $70k; 3rd-4th year potential of $80k to $100k+. , • Hourly base rate or uncapped commission, whichever is greater. , • 4 weeks of PTO plus 10 paid holidays. , • Comprehensive, curriculum-based, paid training program. , • Warm leads provided, no need to build your own pipeline.
