Responsibilities - Originate and close mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements - Evaluate loan applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process - Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the mortgage market - Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to expedite the loan approval process - Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations Requirements: -Proficiency in contracts, banking procedures, basic math, and escrow -Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately -Solid understanding of math concepts -Certification or successful completion of the NMLS Safe Test Support: -Training Programs available for new loan officers -MLOA ( Mortgage loan officer assistant) -Seasoned Processors -Marketing Department -Mentorship -Cutting-Edge Technology: -Loan Origination System (LOS) -Contact Relationship Management (CRM) -Point of Sale (POS) -Communication Tools -Job Details: -Type: 1099 Contract -Location: Fully Remote -Compensation: 100% Commission-Based Licensed in Multiple States: We are approved to conduct business in multiple states allowing you to grow and open more business opportunities.
