Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm who is looking to hire a Data Entry professional to assist them with their current conversion initiatives. What you have: Previous experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and Independent Record-Keepers or Advisors Excellent operational, organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work. Customer contact skills, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities The Conversion Specialist will promote client retention and identify opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality. Process incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers. Provide value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies. Collaborate with internal partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues.
