QA ETL Test Lead
10+ years of experience as a QA Engineer working on Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or ETL Testing projects. Hands-on experience with ETL testing (working with large volumes of data) and SQL queries for data analysis and validation. Solid understanding of data migration processes and the ability to validate and verify data across different environments (staging, production, etc.). Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DataStage, Apache Nifi, etc.), and the ability to learn new tools quickly. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to design complex SQL queries for data validation and reporting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in test script creation, execution, and debugging. Ability to design and implement test plans, test strategies, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Skills Experience with Tosca (test automation tool) is a plus. Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based ETL processes. Prior experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
