Commercial Loan Closing Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist with our client in the financial Industry located in New York, NY . This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: • Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing • Review and analyze basic or tactical Commercial Loan Closing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables • Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements • Provide information to client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, evaluate, and propose solutions for process improvements • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with client personnel and stakeholders in a professional environment Pay Range: $33-35 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
