Quality Assurance Supervisor- Provider Relations
Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor, Quality Assurance and Training. This position will lead a small team of QA specialists, develop and manage policies and procedures, coordinate provider network communication, and take on other projects as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality assurance, training, and leadership coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Establish a QA Workflow for the Department. The Department manages a network of Physical Therapy practices throughout the country. Candidates will be responsible for conducting training and continued education. Top 3 Skills Create training and workflows QA Background Curriculum development. Mainly responsible for: Be able to provide training. Write all the communication to be sent to providers. Create Curriculum and Workflow and put together steps . (Put together the whole workflow for the department). Also responsible to ensure the team should know how to manage relationships with providers and how to support them.
