Salary The salary range for this position is between $113,500 and $159,100. The actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Owner to join our team. As a Principal Product Owner, you will partner with stakeholders to define the product vision at the team level while prioritizing what the team is working on to deliver value to the customer. You will assess the performance of and shape the structure and direction of new/existing product lines and develop or assist in developing and executing strategic product plans. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain product backlog, prioritize its items to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and continuously keep it up to date. • Hold meetings with the product team to continuously update product backlog. • Evaluate product performance and identify innovations to deliver business value and address customer needs to improve the product's performance. • Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Finance, Mathematics, Economics Statistics, or related. • 6+ years' Product Management or Engineering experience in Financial Services or Tech Industry, or related.
