United Health Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our new product team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is passionate about designing user-centric experiences that resonate across our corporate landscape. Your contributions will be essential in crafting intuitive and seamless digital solutions for our internal stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces and experiences that meet the unique needs of Corporate Services. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate business requirements into user-friendly interfaces. • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions. • Maintain design consistency and advocate for the user across all touchpoints within our products. • Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs and that user experience standards are met. • Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings. Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and final products. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch. • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • Experience in designing for enterprise-level applications or internal business tools. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers. • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in a product development setting. • A passion for solving complex problems and making data-driven design decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply Job!
