About the role: As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves establishing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area in a DevOps model. What you will need: • Tools - preferably Jmeter, Insomnia, BlazeMeter • Experience with Harness, Jira, Cucumber would be preferable • In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies as well as quality management and improvement. • A background with financial services industry practices, regulations and processes. • Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies. • A bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related discipline, or the equivalent experience Added bonus if you have: • Python or Java AWS • ISTQB Certified Tester or similar quality/testing certifications. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
