Required Skills • Sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred. • A willingness to learn and a coachable mindset. • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Strong interpersonal skills to connect and build rapport with customers. Qualifications • Property & Casualty license is required. • Life & Health license is required (tuition coverage available for the right candidates who are not yet licensed).
