Job Details Position Virtual Assistant Executive Support (Part-Time) Company Adventure Awaits Agency Job Type Part-Time, Remote Location United States (Remote) Salary $20-$25/hour Health Insurance Benefits Offered for part-time employees Working Hours Flexible (20-25 hours per week) Key Responsibilities • Administrative Support: • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules. • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. • Communication Management: • Draft, edit, and organize emails and reports on behalf of executives. • Respond promptly to client and internal communication. • Project Coordination: • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas and presentations. • Oversee small-scale projects and ensure deadlines are met. • Data Management: • Maintain accurate records and organize digital files. • Compile data for reports and presentations. Qualifications • Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience: • At least 2 years of experience in executive support or administrative assistance. • Proven track record of remote or virtual work is a plus. • Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication. • Proficient in MS Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.). • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
