Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Division (Hexagon) is seeking a Principal Strategy & Enablement Consultant to lead the operational coordination of Hexagon’s strategic initiatives within our Portfolio Strategy & Enablement (PSE) function. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following: • Design and ongoing management of the tracking system in Wrike • Tracking and reporting of all initiatives, with the escalation of major risks, achievements and/or concerns • Quality control to ensure data quality and proper context • Ensuring actions related to initiatives are being executed per the plan/schedule • Performance monitoring • Tracking and reporting of the top priorities against established baseline metrics • Oversight of metrics analysis to ensure appropriate conclusions and recommended actions are assessed quarterly • Management Reporting • Standards for and oversight of the production of PSE’s management outputs for: • Monthly Management Meetings • QBR (for Corporate and Regional reviews) • MTFP • Ad-Hoc Requests Education / Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree, or commensurate, documented experience in a role with similar responsibilities. • Minimum 5 years experience with the operational coordination of multiple, cross-functional programs; • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills • A self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented mindset • Ability to travel 10% About Hexagon Hexagon is a global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software and autonomous technologies.
