Job Summary As a Remote Health Coach, you will play a vital role in improving the well-being of program participants by guiding them towards healthier lifestyles. You’ll provide telephonic coaching and support, working alongside a multi-disciplinary care team to encourage positive behavioral changes and reduce health risks. ?? You will help members with: ? Lifestyle coaching (nutrition, stress management, sleep, smoking cessation, weight loss, etc.) ? Behavioral change support through motivational interviewing ? Engagement calls to enroll participants in the health program ? Outbound to track progress and encourage wellness ? Following up on participants who need additional support ? Coordinating services with nurses, pharmacists, and care teams What You’ll Need: ? Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Psychology, Nutrition, Exercise Science, etc.) OR ? 2+ years of prior health coaching experience (can substitute for a degree) ? 1-2 years of experience in health coaching, wellness, or customer service ? Strong communication ? Tech proficiency: Ability to use Microsoft Office, navigate software, and enter data while on calls ? Experience with contact center benchmarks (preferred) ?
