Front Desk Agent

Overview: We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience. Duties: - Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly - Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions - Handle guest feedback with professionalism and escalate as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer skills - Strong communication skills with fluency in multiple languages is a plus - Excellent customer service and guest relations skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, interact with diverse guests, and contribute to their overall satisfaction.
