About the position As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from home and have the flexibility to set your own schedule while assisting patients and caregivers in self-directed Medicaid programs. Your role will involve answering calls, providing information, and helping resolve issues related to payroll services for caregivers. Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers with compassion and professionalism. , ? Assist with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems. , ?
