Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior or Staff QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our products across various platforms, including mobile, cloud, hardware, and AI. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define and execute robust testing strategies, with a focus on automation, performance, and continuous improvement. This position requires a deep technical understanding of QA processes, a passion for quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple technologies (mobile, cloud, AI, hardware).
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to understand requirements and define testing needs.
  • Lead hands-on testing efforts, including test planning, execution, and reporting, to ensure thorough test coverage and high-quality products.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks and tools to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform manual and automated testing for new features, performance, security, and regression.
  • Monitor and improve QA processes and methodologies to ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall product quality and testability.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • 5-7 years of experience in QA, with expertise in automated and manual testing across multiple platforms (mobile, cloud, hardware, AI).
  • Strong experience with QA tools, automation frameworks, and agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing automated test scripts using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or Typescript).
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how QA integrates into the development lifecycle.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
