Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Executive Assistant, your core responsibilities will include: • Supporting executives and clients with various administrative tasks • Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments with precision • Acting as a communication liaison between clients, leadership, and team members • Coordinating travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and meals • Upholding confidentiality while managing sensitive information • Organizing and tracking client communications and records • Responding to inquiries promptly, within a maximum of four business hours • Planning and executing client events smoothly • Providing general administrative assistance, including data entry and document management Required Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess: • A minimum of four years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior management • Familiarity with real estate support and collaboration with brokers • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a capacity to learn new software swiftly • A flexible, team-oriented approach combined with a proactive mindset • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a rapidly changing environment • A confident and professional demeanor for phone interactions • A commitment to maintaining discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred: • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems • Familiarity with CRM systems such as ActiveCampaign, Zoho, or Pipedrive • An Associate's degree (or higher) in administration or equivalent experience
