Product Designer - Fully Remote Leading software company is looking to hire a Product Designer to their growing team. This is a contract opportunity for someone who likes to work from home! Pay Rate of the Product Designer: $49/hr Responsibilities of the Product Designer: • Continue to develop, maintain, and evolve design system, including components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency across the enterprise product portfolio. • Mature and evolve the Bryte AI brand and design system in partnership with the UX architects, engineers and product teams. • Establish and manage design system documentation, promoting its adoption across product teams. • Collaborate with engineers to integrate design system components into the development process. • Build and maintain cross functional relationships across the UX, product and engineering teams and help drive the adoption of the system. • Partner with the accessibility design team to ensure the Ignite design system continues to uphold a market-leading accessibility standard. Champion an implementation framework for accessibility and inclusion in both the design and development process. • Facilitate regular retrospectives and gather feedback from director-level stakeholders, peers in product design, accessibility and development teams. • Report team and system progress regularly to key stakeholders and using adoption analytics to help inform executive-level decision making and continued investment. Qualifications of the Product Designer: • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Figma, Framer, Rive, ProtoPie, Jitter, or similar tools are key. • Portfolio that showcases the design systems you've created or largely contributed to for complex enterprise products, including AI experiences • 5+ years of experience designing and launching for both desktop and mobile channels, ideally with SaaS enterprise companies • Deep expertise in designing usable, accessible, and modular systems that can scale to meet the needs and desires for millions of diverse users • Expert in building and maintaining a large-scale Figma library, including experience with Figma variables. • Communicating even complex concepts with clarity - verbally and in writing, in person and virtual. • Comfortable designing for various front-end technologies and frameworks (such as Angular React, Ember, Material, Bootstrap, Ionic).
