Job Overview Are you a certified teacher in Utah seeking a fulfilling and flexible remote teaching opportunity? We invite dedicated, part-time educators to become part of our innovative online education program that prioritizes student engagement and personalized learning.

Key Responsibilities

As a Teacher in our program, you will: • Provide consistent accountability and encouragement to students on a weekly basis. • Tailor educational resources and opportunities to meet the unique needs of each student. • Collaborate with parents via email, offering necessary support and assistance. • Conduct synchronous lessons for both large and small groups of students. • Create dynamic and engaging lesson plans and activities. • Mentor students enrolled in specific subjects and offer tutoring when required. • Identify at-risk students and implement effective intervention strategies. • Work collaboratively with fellow educators to exchange expertise and resources. Required Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess: • A valid teaching certification. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • An understanding that every child is unique, benefiting from personalized learning approaches. • A friendly, patient demeanor and exceptional organizational skills. • Proficiency in Google tools (email, calendars, documents, spreadsheets, forms, etc.). • Confidence in navigating various online systems and platforms. • The ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. • Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, a computer, and a webcam. • Availability for 15-20 hours each week during core business hours (10am - 3pm MT). • Eligibility to work in the U.S. (with the option to reside from an approved location). • Previous experience with alternative educational programs is advantageous. Qualifications • Current teaching certification is essential.
