AI Bot Operation Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our AI Bot Operations Team. This role involves driving new initiatives related to bot interaction design and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong user-centric mindset, a keen sensitivity to product interaction experiences, and the ability to innovate while ensuring practical implementation. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of AI technologies, including basic skills in Python and SQL.
