Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader.We are looking to hire a People Operations Specialist, to join our team. Reporting to the Regional head of people compliance. Your responsibilities will include

• Ensuring Labour Law Compliance for all the applicable labour laws
• Liaisoning with Government Authorities
• Manage Contract Labour or Contingent workforce from compliance standpoint
• Ensuring compliance related to Statutory Boards
• Implementing the vendor compliance management process

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with renewal of applicable Government Licenses
• Experience with filing of Returns under applicable laws on monthly quarterly, annual basis, maintaining registers under S&E Act, PF Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act
• Experience working with government authorities 
• 6+ years of experience in Labour Laws and Labour Compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a Law
