We built them by understanding the world of music and podcasts better than anyone else. Fritz works on recommending the content someone is most likely to listen to next from their listening history. The underlying machine learning model makes predictions for most requests to Home in real time and operates on sequences based on NRT interactions as its input! The team is migrating its training infrastructure to Ray and will continue innovating to try and increase consumption from Home and overall for Spotify.

Additional Information
The United States base range for this position is $138,250- $197,500 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
