As a Senior Digital Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving digital advertising sales by empowering clients and agencies to maximize the platform’s capabilities. You’ll leverage product expertise and market insights to build strong client relationships, optimise product adoption, and elevate brand impact.

What you'll do

  • Platform Evangelism:Educate and promote the value of our digital platforms to advertising clients and agencies, fostering strong platform loyalty.
  • Sales Enablement:Drive sales growth by highlighting product features, benefits, and best practices to customers.
  • Brand Awareness & Engagement:Develop and execute creative strategies that increase product visibility and enthusiasm within the market.
  • Client Communication:Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients are well-informed, engaged, and satisfied with our offerings.
  • Market Representation:Be a positive representative of Aleph, building lasting client relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Satisfaction:Prioritise client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships with both agencies and direct clients.
  • What you need for this role

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with expertise in display, video, native, and programmatic ads.
  • Established network with key decision-makers in the advertising industry within the local market.
  • Proven experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to guide data-informed strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex digital concepts and drive client action.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Fluency in English and native Romanian is essential.
