DevOps Tech lead

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Tech Lead to manage and guide our DevOps teams across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set Direction: Define and drive the DevOps strategy to align with company goals (especially for Data/AI solutions).
  • Lead the Team: Mentor and coach engineers; run performance reviews and champion individual growth plans.
  • Stay Hands-On: Step in as Tech Lead or SA on client projects to ensure best practices and maintain up-to-date skills.
  • Ensure Quality Delivery: Establish standards, review project outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with other leads (Data, AI, etc.) for integrated solutions and company-wide initiatives.
  • Thought Leadership: Share knowledge internally via workshops and training.

    • Requirements

  • DevOps & Cloud: Expert in AWS (primary), plus working knowledge of GCP/Azure. Proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Proven track record of guiding engineers, resolving roadblocks, and nurturing a high-performance team.
  • Effective Communication: Comfortable interacting with engineers and executives, translating technical details into clear action plans.
  • Hands-On Experience: Willingness to jump into projects as a Tech Lead or Solutions Architect when needed.
