Process Improvement - Customer Engagement Specialist
Description: Build and maintain reporting & insights systems supporting business requirements. Develop and document workflows and processes for articulating requirements. Create training materials and presentations for new technologies. Manage transitioning programs from legacy to newer telecom technology options. Engage with customers for technology upgrades and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer/stakeholder interactions and feedback. Identify and implement process improvements for customer experience. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in process improvement and customer engagement. 2+ years of program management experience preferred. 5+ years of Telecommunications experience including order management/provisioning. 2+ years of technical requirements gathering experience. Strong process creation and documentation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Customer service experience and ability to persuade and influence customer decisions.
