Equipment Operator

FieldBridge Energy seeks a Abilene, TX based Operator to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay + Benefits. Pay / Schedule: $21.00/hr. schedule Monday - Friday 8 am -5:00 pm + great opportunity for OT pay. At 50 hours per week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,155 gross. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Operator to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of job requirements. The Operator will be responsible for preparing, operating, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain equipment in safe working order, reporting any problems or deviations.
• Ensure individual and crew safety by following established safety protocols.
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
• Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and observe Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
• Maintain required safety training and certifications.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in equipment operation preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to HSE policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
