Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts.
  • Edit long-form content, such as interviews, behind-the-scenes videos, and product showcases for multiple platforms.
  • Plan and schedule content to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, implementing innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
  • Work onsite to photograph and capture videos of our jewelry collections for marketing campaigns.
  • Research and collaborate with social media influencers to grow brand visibility.
  • Optimize content for different social media platforms to maximize engagement.
  • Use analytics tools to track social media performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional
  • Be comfortable in front of the camera, showcasing your ability to create authentic, engaging content. A polished and professional appearance is key—ensure your hands and manicure are well-groomed for video appearances.
  • Requirements

● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and/or Video Editor. ● Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field. ● Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. ● Experience with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.). ● Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to create compelling brand content. ● Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.). Job Type: Onsite position Expected hours: 30-35 hours per week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits:
